Finishing Touch Carpentry offers great benefits and incentives for each of their employees.  Potential employees are hired and started in an apprenticeship program.  This program allows the individual to gain hands on experience, knowledge, and skill in the carpentry field.  The beginner employees are cross trained with the shelving crew & the trim crew as the start of their program.  Employees must proceed through all apprentice levels before becoming a Lead Carpenter.
